Belmadar has been engaged by the Wollondilly Shire Council to construct the Wollondilly Performing Arts Centre.
The $22 million 350+ seat Performing Arts Centre will provide a state-of-the-art local venue for music, theatre, exhibitions and civic events. It consists of:
- Front of house foyer, bar and amenities.
- All services including electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, IT and comms (NBN), * Technical Theatre and AV, Tension Wire Grid, and Lift.
- Back of house areas include loading dock, kitchen, dressing rooms, green room and technical offices and storage rooms.
- A first-floor area that includes office space, meeting room and a rehearsal room and technical control room.
- External works and a new substation.
Construction of the Performing Arts Centre will provide local economic stimulus, construction jobs and more employment – supporting local businesses and the broader Wollondilly community. We are excited to be delivering this pivotal project.
