The project will see Belmadar deliver the renovation and redevelopment of the Carslaw Building retail precinct, including new and upgraded retail spaces, courtyard, and undercroft areas. The works include demolition, structural upgrades, new shopfronts, internal fit out and finishes, landscaping, furniture and equipment, along with extensive upgrades to mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, fire and security services.
