While the project is not complete at the date of this reference they are well and truly in front of the program and the only tenderer who could commit in the delivering of the project for both the clients budget and program.

What is most impressive about their performance is that they have managed to successfully deliver additional works requested by the landlord totalling more than half of their contract value within the same period with no delay."
