Under Alf Marrocco's leadership, Belmadar delivered a great result for Sealy of Australia's New South Wales factory and office refurbishment in 2012. The Belmadar team completed the project efficiently, whilst recognising Sealy's operational requirements, which continued throughout the duration of the works. Belmadar's project management was of a high standard, with Sealy's expectations being exceeded on what proved to be a 'showcase' build."

Under Business Manager Alf Marrocco the contractors did an amazing job on a highly complex project. At one stage they built a temporary steel trussed bridge to support the floor of Centennial Hall while they worked on the lower Town Hall. There was no movement. It was a safe worksite and only one day was lost, the job was completed to program despite the unanticipated conditions and problems you get in an old Building. Congratulations and thank you to them!"
