Belmadar were invited to tender on this project with very short notice and issued a very challenging program in order to meet the client's program. While the project is not complete at the date of this reference they are well and truly in front of the program and the only tenderer who could commit in the delivering of the project for both the clients budget and program. What is most impressive about their performance is that they have managed to successfully deliver additional works requested by the landlord totalling more than half of their contract value within the same period with no delay."

The Monte Sant’ Angelo Mercy College Administration Building upgrade project provided challenges with regards to working on a very constricted site which is an operating girls’ school. Being a heritage project also posed its challenges with regards to the design and incorporating new services into an existing facility. I found Belmadar to be a low-maintenance builder; always pro-active in providing solutions or alternatives methods in order to meet the client’s requirements. Their entire team were approachable and communicated the clients brief to a dedicated team of subcontractors. All of this resulted in a high quality finished product."
