Belmadar is delighted to partner with The King's School to deliver a state-of-the-art aquatic facility that will enhance the campus and provide lasting benefits for future generations.

The project involves the demolition and removal of the existing 8-lane swimming pool and associated plant infrastructure, including the remediation of contaminated materials. The redevelopment will deliver a new Olympic-sized 10-lane swimming pool, a 50-metre grandstand, and new pool plant, mechanical, hydraulic and electrical services.

Delivered within a live educational environment, the project requires meticulous staging, planning and stakeholder coordination to minimise disruption to students, staff and day-to-day campus operations. The scope also includes extensive civil works, landscaping and concourse upgrades to seamlessly integrate the new facilities with the existing campus.

Throughout construction, safe pedestrian and vehicle access will be maintained while protecting nominated existing structures and ensuring the ongoing functionality of the school. The project demonstrates Belmadar's capability in delivering technically complex projects within operational environments, underpinned by a strong commitment to safety, collaboration, program management and exceptional quality outcomes.
