Belmadar was the builder of choice to carry out the Level 12 and 13 Building 10 Relocation Fit Out Project.

The works will be carried out across two levels of the University of Technology Sydney’s Building 10 in Ultimo within a live operational University environment.

The project consists of: Complete strip out of 2 floors in UTS Building 10, New Electrical, Security, Data, Mechanical and Fire Services, Provision of a new accessible toilet on Level 12, New Furniture throughout, New floor finishes on both the floors, Detailed joinery and acoustic panel package.
