Belmadar is pleased to have been appointed as managing contractor for the Hardi Aged Care Facility Project in Blacktown—an important addition to our expanding portfolio in the health and aged care sectors.

The project involves constructing a new North Wing and refurbishing the existing Central Wing, all while ensuring the facility remains fully operational. The new wing will feature cross-laminated timber (CLT) and prefabricated bathroom pods, selected for their efficiency, sustainability, and ability to minimise disruption to residents and staff.

Focused on delivering a modern, accessible, and resident-centred environment, the project encompasses full design coordination, services integration, and construction delivery. Careful staging and planning will ensure continuity of care throughout.
