Wingecarribee Shire Council has appointed Belmadar to refurbish the Bowral memorial town hall, located in the heart of Bowral. Significant alterations and additions are to be made to the heritage-listed town hall, with the vision to create a theatre capable of housing orchestras, theatre and concerts for the local community. The works include: A new basement structure to a moveable orchestra pit. Two new lifts. New amenities. Kitchen and front of house offices and ticketing. Other improvements will include installing a new air conditioning system, sound and lighting equipment, upgraded seating and improved building acoustics.
