The City of Ryde Council has appointed Belmadar to construct a new multi-storey shopper car park at 53 – 71 Rowe Street in Eastwood. This project is the first for a City of Ryde owned facility. The project incorporates feedback received during the Council’s community consultation, including sustainable features such as electric vehicle chargers. The new five-level multi-deck Car Park accommodates 146 car spaces and includes a small pop-up retail space once completed. The project also includes; the architectural perforated steel screen façade on Rowe Street frontage; the Installation of a passenger lift; CCTV security; EV Charging Station; Installation of Solar panels on the car park roof; and number plate recognition management system.
