Belmadar, a trusted partner of the University of Sydney, is honoured to lead the A20 John Woolley Building Facade and Roof Remediation Project. This initiative aims to address critical roof leaks and preserve the building’s architectural and historical significance.
Years of neglect have resulted in deteriorating stonework, weathered facade elements, and ongoing roof leaks impacting teaching and office spaces. The project’s objectives
include rectifying roof leaks, restoring external elements such as sandstone, brickwork, windows, and slates, and preserving the building’s rich historical value.
The project is strategically divided into two stages for operational flexibility. Tenderers are invited to quote for both stages, with the option to proceed independently with Stage 1.
Should Stage 2 proceed, quoted prices will be honoured within their specified validity period. Belmadar’s longstanding partnership with the University of Sydney underscores
our commitment to excellence in heritage conservation and construction.
We are dedicated to ensuring that the John Woolley Building remains a cherished historical landmark for generations to come.
