The Guardian Early Learning Group Childcare Fitout at Forrest ACT demonstrates the exceptional conversion of an office space into a modern and fun childcare environment. The building was constructed in 2002 for the Australian Truckers Association. The new fitout works comprised the construction of an office space, kitchen, washroom, sleeping, learning and recreational facilities. This project enhanced natural light into the space, including half height walls to enhance both visual contact with the children and an open floor plan.

"I would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge the hard work the team at Belmadar have done on our recent childcare fitout project in Forrest ACT. Belmadar have been nothing short of an exceptional contractor on this project and we anticipate that our relationship will continue well into the future based on their performance.

Belmadar were invited to tender on this project with very short notice and issue a very challenging program in order to meet the client's program. While the project is not complete at the date of this reference they are well and truly in front of the program and the only tenderer who could commit in the delivering of the project for both the clients budget and program.

What is most impressive about their performance is that they have managed to successfully deliver additional works requested by the landlord totalling more than half of their contract value within the same period with no delay."
