This major project for Club Central (Illawarra Catholic Club) comprises the refurbishment of the existing club, along with a new three-level club extension constructed on the site of a demolished adjoining building.
Above the three new club levels a five-storey, 124-room hotel plus rooftop terrace will be constructed, complete with five levels of basement parking beneath.
As a major social hub for the local area, patrons will be able to enjoy the upgraded club’s new 210-seat bistro and extended gaming areas, along with an expanded function area with capacity for up to 600 guests.
Undertaking major refurbishment works in the live operating environment of the club without disruption to guests.
Construction of additional club levels and a new hotel on a confined site built to the boundary on all elevations.
