The Monte Sant' Angelo Mercy College Administration Building upgrade project provided challenges with regards to working on a very constricted site which is an operating girls' school. Being a heritage project also posed its challenges with regards to the design and incorporating new services into an existing facility. I found Belmadar to be a low-maintenance builder; always pro-active in providing solutions or alternatives methods in order to meet the client's requirements. Their entire team were approachable and communicated the clients brief to a dedicated team of subcontractors. All of this resulted in a high quality finished product."
