Another achievement for Belmadar!

Belmadar taking out the win for Restoration/Adaptive Re-Use of an Historic Building: Up to $10 Million at the 2023 Master Builders NSW Excellence in Construction Awards!

Earlier this year, Belmadar proudly delivered the Bowral Memorial Hall Refurbishment for the community. With special attention paid to the building’s original heritage facade, Belmadar has transformed the hall for the future. This multi-use building, originally constructed in 1884, now features a modern auditorium fit for unamplified music performances with improved acoustics. The space has also been designed to accommodate a wide range of conferences, cultural performances and community events.
