Belmadar bell chimes for new $50m project win

The bell has chimed in celebration of Belmadar being awarded a new circa $50 million project for the Illawarra Catholic Club (ICC) in Hurstville. Senior Estimator, Nick Vassiliev was the honorary bell-ringer following a head contract signing by Belmadar’s Managing Director, Alf Marrocco, alongside fellow owners Brett Drew, Nick Gagliano and Matthew Stafford.
We have enjoyed a practical working relationship with the Club for some years now and are excited about partnering with them on this major redevelopment. The project will see the existing club refurbished, a new three-storey club expansion along with a six-storey, 124-room hotel and five- level basement carpark. We can't wait to get working and deliver a fresh and dynamic space for the Club and its patrons to enjoy!
