Built over two stages, the upgrade works to the Sealy facility at Wetherill Park delivered both warehousing upgrades and a detailed architectural office fit-out. Works included electrical services upgrades, new canteen, amenities, offices, reception, boardrooms and a showroom. In addition, the warehouse was upgraded with new wall cladding, 600m2 of new roof sheeting and painting, with an external eating area, car parking and landscaping works completing the project. Works were constructed in an operating facility where up to 500 beds are manufactured per day. In addition, Belmadar delivered consistency of branding and finishes to replicate interstate warehouses and offices.
